  • I normally go to the on on Bloor Street West, have been many times and always a good experience, with food / customer service. Last night, I walked into the one on Queen St west, the guy working the cash was busy with something, so I waited and don't mind waiting at all but not once did he acknowledge my existence, say something like I'll be with you in a minute, or even make eye contact...it was only 5-6 mins, but that's an eternity considering he was standing right in front of me the whole time. So I just said out loud "screw this, I'd rather be hungry" and walked out....
