  • I tried their catering at the SXSW pre-party held at the Beer Academy and kept going back to the servers for more hors d'oeuvres. The most memorable item served were the mini-grilled cheese sandwiches which were buttered and grilled to lightly crisped perfection. The mini-truffle mushroom soup served in a large shotglass was excellent. There's definitely a culinary vibe to the food. I've been searching for the food truck and hope they open a store front someday.
