  • I'm really not sure how so many people have left mediocre reviews of this place. I have been here a few times now and it is fantastic. Think chipotle but for sushi. I'm obsessed with the fact that you can create your own rolls and put whatever you want in them. While this may mean it's a little bit of a slower pace, it's definitely worth the wait. You can choose white or brown rice, any kind of meat you want (crab, salmon, etc) and any veggies to go in it. Then they roll it up and cut it for you and you can pick your sauce. I get the sauce on the side and get two of them so I can switch it up, which they let you do for no extra charge. I think this set up makes it an excellent place for people who might not know what they like or who are a little wary of sushi. It's a great way to try different combos or new things! Everyone I've encountered that works there seemed pretty friendly, but not overly so. They did their job and that was that. I definitely recommend giving this place a try next time you have a sushi craving (which, let's be honest, is probably all the time)!
