  • This was our 7 year olds first surgery. She was very nervous and scared. The staff went above and beyond to cater to her. They allowed her to bring a stuffed animal, and even dressed the animal in matching hospital gown, hair cover and socks. They talked to her in soothing tones, and explained the process in a discreet yet educational manner that she could understand. Everyone introduced the selves and took their time as to not rush anything. Barbara was amazing, one of the nicest RNs I have ever met. Hats off to these wonderful people. Hopefully we won't need to be back, but if we do we know we are in great hands
