  • These guys are not a licensed contractor. You won't find them as a licensed contractor on the AZ Registrar of Contractors. Look for yourself. All you will find is that they are on a list of contractors found guilty of contracting without a license. My remodel was supposed to take three months. I fired them after 7 mo. They lied about being a division of DVS Development Co. DVS is the company that I was intending to contract with. The good reviews that you see here are for DVS, not Genesis Luxury Group. The owner of Genesis was an employee of DVS, then quit to start Genesis. How he was able to get Yelp to transfer DVS' reviews to him should be investigated. I had to bring in other sub-contractors to fix the terrible dry-wall and AC work done by their subs. I also had to redo work that their employees had messed up. Several sub-contractors admitted to me that they were not coming back to finish work because the owner had not paid them at all. But hey, they have a suite at the Phoenix Suns arena, a fancy office and slick web site with license numbers that aren't theirs. The list of shotty workmanship issues and lies they told me goes on and on. Don't be fooled, these guys are the worst!!
