The beginning of November Tom picked up my couch for a re dye which was faded from the sun. No problem 3 weeks max he said, you'll have it by the holidays. Well after 3 weeks , no calls and had a hard time reaching by e mail. When they did all excuses and lies. It's now January, we called and demanded our couch back and refund our money, which eventually he agreed to. I could go on for days on how frustrated and disgusted I am. Please hear the warning run don't walk, far away from this guy and his band of misfits. I'm currently having someone repair the damage they caused.
