I am writing this as a MERCHANT and not personal. I usually have much patience when I need to deposit or get change because they are usually busy and always seem understaffed. But today was just unacceptable. The teller working today (did not get her name; brown hair, Caucasian, younger 20s, glasses) was very rude to me. I went in around 2pm to get change. Usually we have deposits to make while getting change but not today. So when I get to the counter, the girl says well what's your account number? I told her oh I'm sorry I don't have it today, it's for (my business name). She said (in a rude and snotty manor) "well I need your account number" so I called my store and asked for them to read me one of our deposit slips, well they read me the routing number and not the account number, which I admit is my associates mistake. So then when I give her the number she said (again snotty and rude with an eye roll) this is your routing number not your account number. I replied oh I'm sorry. I usually have deposits with me so I never realized we needed the number. She replied "fine I'll do it for you" took my change order and when she gave it it back to me she just slammed it on the counter and DID NOT count it back to me to make sure it is correct like they usually do. I'm very upset with BOA right now. I hope this reaches the branch and this young woman is taught how to treat customers even when the customer is wrong. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!
