  • I feel in love with a specific color of bridesmaid dress I saw here and made an appointment several weeks out for 3 of my bridesmaids. The women on the phone was pleasant but thats where it ended. Upon arrival I shared my desired dress color and short style the associate did nothing but tell me I was making the wrong decision. She did nothing to help guide my bridesmaids in getting the right fit nor did she walk them through their sizing or ordering process. She barley wanted to give up dressing rooms for the three girls for whom I made appointments! Upon leaving me and my bridesmaid felt as if we were an inconvenient burden. Needless to say they lost out on our business. My bridesmaids ended up ordering their dresses from elsewhere.
