  • This was the worst customer service experience I've ever had. A manger Kevin, let his frustrations out on me by not only raising his voice, but also slamming a door in my face. He also mocked me when my eyes were swollen with tears. DV towing is awful and has rude, incompetent employees. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst foe in all honesty.
