rev:text	I was a walk in on a Sunday because my regular shop was closed. I asked for a gel fill and a polish change on my toes. I asked if I could have my color be ombré. Yes yes, No problem. Toes first. Everything was fine except they charged $30 for a gel polish change, Then they started on my nails- First they ruined my gel fill by using acrylic. I was talking to the lady next to me and didn't catch it until 3 fingers were done. Then she put the first coat of color. I asked her if she remembered that I wanted ombré. She said yes and put the coral color on. Then she started to put purple over it. I said this is not an ombré and I didn't want purple! And that's not how you do an ombré! You picked purple she said. No I did not pick purple and coral. Then the owner stepped in and said we will fix it and turned me over to somebody else. Well it was dry already and they would have to start all over. So instead she gave me this song and dance that ombré is not good anyway and I need glitter. Don't like glitter. I told her that I got absolutely nothing I asked for and I don't think I should have to pay for all of it. She started yelling and said you have to pay! She became very rude and aggressive. I continued to say that I did not receive the service I asked for. More yelling. I didn't have any more time to waste. Bottom line. Deceitful and unprofessional at best. Horrible service, argumentative and rude. Do not patronize this nail shop. Too pricey as well. Not worth it!
