  • I had been taking laundry to this cleaners for about 2 years. I have had several items damaged. I recently had an $85 shirt ruined. it was taken back for a redo and it actually wsd taken back twice after that tredo. The last time the shirt "soaked" for a week and they claimed that we had brought in a soiled and damaged shirt. I picked up the shirt and there a red streak was now visible. I am sad because I really like the lady at the counter. And will miss my visits with her. But I don't plan to ever go back. The fact that they ruined the shirt and then made the claim that we took the shirt in damaged. I don't think they really care for their customers.
