Update 7/17/17 I just finished my second challenge. Can't say enough great things. In two challenges I've lost 46 lbs!! I'm still going! The camp is a great place if you what to make serious changes.
First Challenge I just finished my first challenge and I am starting the second!! 20lbs in 42 days. I did 25lbs!! If you follow the plan and workout it works. Like anything it's only as good as you are. If you don't follow directions, keep looking for a way out or a cheat meal you won't succeed. I did this for myself and my health.
The workouts are hard but you can do them. I have had 4 surgeries (both wrist in 18 months and double abdominal 6month ago) and have had both acl's replaced. The trainers helped me modify when needed and I didn't feel shamed! As the weeks passed I got stronger and needed less modifying. I like the no brained idea of showing up, here's your exercise and being done. I don't want to walk around a gym and try to "figure out" what I'm supposed to do.
The eating is strict but it worked for me! I didn't have to decide a bunch of different things. Too many options and I get overwhelmed! This is simple and straightforward.
I would recommend this program to those that are serious about their health and weight. The camp supports you every step of the way (even hand holding some). They want you to succeed and will do the utmost to help you get there. But you have to decide to change your life.
