  • I would highly recommend this company to provide your HVAC needs. I called Brian in the early morning when we encountered issues with our air conditioning unit. He was very professional on the phone and actually had us send a few images of our AC unit to him by text. This allowed him to identify the type unit and offer several trouble shooting options to resolve the problem. When it was determined that he would need to visit our home, he made it possible to arrive within 5 hours of our phone call although he had a full day already scheduled. Brian was extremely knowledgeable and shared a lot of valuable information. From our outside AC unit to crawling in my attic along side of him, he explained everything he was doing. I was grateful for his "sharesmanship" rather than other companies that thrive on "salesmanship". I felt comfortable knowing he was being honest and taking the time to educate me about my system. I was a bit worried when we were done because he probably took an extra hour out of his time to educate me on my system. To my surprise, he was more than fair and did not leave me feeling as if I had been ripped off or price gouged in an expensive summer month of electricity bills. I will forever be thankful for his quality service and he has won over a lifetime of business from my family. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of HVAC servicing.
