  • I've been here a few times and it's always been great, but today was a different story. Started with my pedicure, and it was average. Next I needed a gel manicure, but I need my acrylics taken off. As I'm getting my acrylics removed, the guy doing my nails (not Tony) kept touching me too much. Rubbing my hands and arms, and we haven't even gotten to the massage part! So I chose a gel color and they were out. I chose another, they were out. He explained to me that all the colors with the black mark meant that they were out of, but EVERY color I chose didn't have a black mark. So he takes me to where the bottles are so I can chose, I settle for one. As we are walking back to his station, he holds onto my neck and roughly rubs it and my back. From that point on, I just wanted to get out of there. So he quickly paints my nails (missing spots and getting the polish all over my hands) because at that point another customer arrives and needs to get her nails done. He quickly rubs so lotion on my arms, not even giving me a "massage". I paid $61 for an uncomfortable experience. Never again.
