  • I went in for a flat repair and cooling diagnostic test. I was told that the tire was "100% fixed" and scheduled the next day to have a fan replaced I was charged almost $100. I go to bed and wake up the next morning and the tire is completely flat. So, not only is it not fixed but it worse than it was, the tire went from losing 15 lbs a day to 40 lbs overnight. I take it back at the scheduled time for the fan repair and tell them what happened with my tire overnight. I told them that I wanted it fixed and do not want to be charged for it. They tell me I am overreacting over a small leak. (40 lbs over 8 hours is not a small leak). He tells me they will look at it. After 30 minutes he tells me that the tire is fine and has no leaks at all...so, I guess that I imagined having a flat when I woke up. I can only assume that they repaired the tire so they would not have to take responsibility for the bad repair they did the first time. He essentially called me and my wife liars. I am waiting now to see if it's going to hold air now.
