  • I had ordered items from this place on more than one occasion. All was fine until I had to return a defective pair of kneepads. Charging customers $8.00 to return a defective item truly sucks. It's difficult to fathom such a policy at a time when the competition provides free shipping and returns. I'm no longer a customer but they continue to mail me their catalogs. Sigh...
