  • My first one-star review in years. I've never felt so compelled to give a restaurant a one-star review as I do right now. Last time I came to this restaurant with my family my wife got food poison. I should've done a one-star review then, but I figured I would wait a while and give this place another chance. Well, that backfired! Visited Miller's Ale House with my family tonight and had the worst experience ever. Our waiter was the worst. Rushed us through the entire experience and messed up our order in more ways than one. Every plate came out sporadically. First a bake potato and then my zinger sandwich. A few minutes later my daughter's hot dog came out. Then about 5 minutes went by and my mother in law got her grilled zingers with NO sauce. Then 15 minutes went by and my wife got her Prime Rib dinner. By the time the her dinner came out all of our food was cold. In addition to his sporadic food delivery style, two of our orders were wrong. My son got a quesadilla instead of a grill cheese, so we had to send that back. And I got cheese in my zinger sandwich after I told him several times "no cheese". After such a frustrating experience we decided to speak to the night manager who was completely incompetent. This guy listened to our complaint and had absolutely NOTHING smart to say. Just stood there with a dumb look on his face. When he finally got the sense to say something decent he said, "what do you want me to do?" repeatedly till my wife lost it and told him to just bring us a to go box and the bill. He walked away and NEVER came back. Hid in the kitchen till we left. The useless waiter never acknowledged that anything happened and treated us like everything was fine. Even the people around us approached us and said how shocked they were at his inability to handle a very simple situation. I would love to think that this was just a bad night, but last time my wife got food poison this same manager was there and he did nothing for us. At all. This guy should find another profession. Bottom line, I would NEVER visit MIller's Ale House in Henderson again. I've been to the one at Town Square and never had a bad experience. My advice to Corporate or who ever owns this franchise is to quickly step in and either re-train this poor guy or get a new manager. I've seen many restaurants come and go in that same location and this one might be next!
