  • This location and manager are very good at getting your business but when it comes time to cover a transmission under warranty they can care less because they are not making any money of of the job. I took my van in about 14 months ago for a r/r on a transmission, they said they could get it done in a couple of days so I agreed to having the service done by them. Next thing you know it was pushed out to almost a week. That should have been my clue that this wasn't the right place to take my vehicle to. It is now 14 months later and the transmission went out. I had it towed in to their shop on Friday 9/30/11 very early afternoon. I phoned them to make sure that the vehicle was in their possession which they confirmed. I was promised a call back on Saturday and no one called , so I called them up to find out what the problem was. All they told me was something broke inside.(Well, Duh!) I ask them more questions and they said they had looked at it an that was all they could figure out. Basically it was a way to shut me up for the mean time. I decided to drop by at the shop on Monday morning 10/3/11 and my vehicle was nowhere to be found. Mitch, the manager on duty took me across the parking lot and unlocked the shop next door. There to my surprise was my van parked in there with over a dozen other cars. I believe what they do is they take on the jobs to make sure they always have work to do knowing darn well that they will be telling the customer that it is going to take longer than it would really take to fix the problem. They are just guarantying themselves work. (Sounds pretty unethical to me!) Anyway, I asked Mitch what they had done to my van and he just looked at me dumbfounded! I got down on my knees on the drivers side and the right rear of the vehicle and nothing had been done to it. I then asked Mitch again, what had been done? The lies that came out of his mouth were endless. Here are some of the answers I received from him. 1) we have the transmission apart. 2) The top half of the tranny is off. Well guess what? I saw the tranny still in the vehicle (complete) This place is untrustworthy and they will do whatever it takes to get your business and lie to you all the way through. Be FOR WARNED........ DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! YOU WILL BE SORRY. IT MAY NOT SEEM SO BUT IF YOU NEED HELP LATER ON YOU WILL NOT GET IT. TRUST ME OR YOU WILL FIND OUT ON YOUR OWN.
