  • I took my Roubaix SL4 Comp in for a tune and to have aero bars installed on Monday morning and was told by Craig that it would be ready by Wednesday morning which was perfect as I had a long ride set for Thursday and Friday morning. When I went in late afternoon on Wednesday, I was told that it hadn't even been started yet and that it would be ready for sure Thursday morning....no apology...nothing. When I vented frustration, I was told I could take it with me now and bring it back next week. So instead of driving all the way on Thursday afternoon at 4 pm, I called and was told by Andy that it hadn't even been started yet.....WTH?? He promised it was next in line and that I should call around 6:30 pm to be sure it's ready (DUH). When I called at 6:30, I was told it would not be done tonight...shocked. Andy then told me he understood and was sorry. But also said it was their busy season and they have to take care of their customers who walk into the store. I said "dude, I am a customer too who just spent $4k+ on a bike and now that you've sold me, I am not important?" Andy said "I'm not a tech and we are down 2 techs right now so I can't work on your bike". He apologized again and said he would out me at the top of the list in the morning. So 5 days of frustration, 2 days riding my back up bike, $325 for aero bars that might or might not be installed and the crappiest customer service ever and now writing this review on Yelp, on Google and anywhere else I can including inside the 2 bike clubs I ride with on a weekly basis. Based on other negative reviews here, it is unlikely that I will get a response from management as they are comfortable with road and off road junkies running a retail bike shop...there are a lot of other shops in the valley and I am disappointed that I wasted my time and money at DNA.
