  • Technician applied my acrylics at an angle pointing up. They looked terrible but I didn't have time to have them fixed right then and left for vacation the next day. I took photos of the nails and showed them when I returned from vacation. They initially agreed that it was a poor job and said they would do my next set for free. They then called me to tell me they had changed their minds and would not be offering me anything because I didn't tell them about the problem right away. I won't be returning.
