  • I had a horrible experience at this Lane Bryant. I went to return a $30 item with the receipt that was paid for on my debit card. This was at 4pm in the afternoon on a Saturday and I was told I couldn't get cash back because all they had were $100 dollar bills! What retail establishment only had $100 dollar bills? It was thirty dollars! Maybe she was too good to go get change or even to check the drawer and see if she had it. She asked the other person there to confirm there was most likely no change in there but couldn't be bothered to check. As a person who spends a lot of money shopping I will never come here to this store and I will tell everyone I know the same. She wasn't even empathetic she was Condescending and rude when your policy clearly states of paid for with debit card I can receive cash back!
