Taste- smooth, creamy, matcha soft serve. Matcha not overpowering and creates a good balance. Shiratama could be a bit more stretchy. Milk based soft serve still creamy in texture but quite bland. Shaved ice more flavorful than it visually appears to be and matcha taste not too strong. Visually appealing presentation of ice cream. Ambiance and interior decor quite clean and simple, though overly crowded due to small confined space.
Price- extremely pricey for what it's worth and cash only. Quite interesting considering it's in the heart of downtown but card not accepted. Approx $8 per ice cream for something that's 1.5x size of McDonald's soft serve.
Service- long line up more due to slower paced prep behind the counter rather than high consumer interest. Potential room for improvement.
Would recommend, but not a must go.
