  • Neil Hoffman the Phoenix sales manager came to our condo for a consultation and we bought right away! He was able to give us a great price, helped us choose between colors and let us pick upscale and cheaper versions of the carpet we liked depending on what fit with our budget. He was very kind and professional and on-time. For the next-day installation, I believe we had Val and Rudy (I think those were their names!) They called early in the morning to let me know what time, and even arrived a little early and let me know to make sure it was OK. They were very nice and professional as well. They made sure our place was locked up properly at the end of the day and made sure we were happy with our service. We have had it for a few days, it looks great. Hopefully it lasts, but so far, no concerns or problems whatsoever! We got much better service at a better price than what Home Depot offered. Also Home Depot told us it would take 3 weeks to install, even in-stock carpets. Express really was next-day-- no questions asked.
