  • When to see Gabriel Iglesias tonight. The show was good but that was the only thing that was. First we got seated in what they call an "upgraded section" because they didn't have any other seats at least that is what they told us. 10 min after that it server came over and informed us that we have to spend $60 because of where we were seating. First we ordered a couple mixed drinks and a couple cheese cakes. We got the drinks fairly quick but it told about 20 min to get the cheese cake and they only brought on piece. When we told them it was suppose to be two we found out the server only put in one. By the time our server came back we were ready for more drinks. We ordered 2 diet drinks about 10 min later we got our sodas but they were regular. Took us 5 min to get our server to stop so we could tell her. Took another 5 min to get the correct drinks. But this time we still have not got the other piece of cheese cake. It took about 30 min to get the cheese cake from the time we informed them it was suppose to be 2. The "upgraded seating as a line of tables running perpendicular to the stage. I had to lean forward to see the comics and my wife could only see half the stage because we had a line of about nine people inline in front of us making hard to see. We were there about 4 hours and I think the server stopped at our table about 5 times. They automatically add gratuity of 15%. That was almost 11 dollars for us. I guess tipping is no longer based on the service you receive. Needless to say me and my wife will not be returning to this place and will not recommend this place unless it is a comic you have to see. If they want to do a drink minimum or upgraded seating they should do a seating plan and and chafe more for the tickets even if we only sat in the normal seating it would have been 80 for tickets and 20 for drink min. Why not just charge 100 for two tickets and get rid of the other crap. Only reason it got 3 stars was for the comics not the venue it would have got one star.
