  • Wanted my passenger power window problem addressed. To diagnose they charged $100 - a little steep but no problem with this. The estimate included a master power switch which they wanted to charge over $500 for. I found the exact same part on the internet for $50. That is just wrong. People who are saying that they are honest must be employees. Needless to say I ordered the part myself and had a handyman do it for 1/10th of Firestone's estimate.
