Buyer beware!!!! We purchased a washer earlier this year from this store. Salesperson wasn't pushy, let us look without hassling and told us we could lease the machine and at the end of our payments we would own it. Well that was a lie! We finished our payments and got an email saying we can keep leasing or we can pay another 200 to own it! I flipped out! This was not how the store explained it to us! I managed to negotiate with the company to pay off the washer but I am leaving this review because I am sure we can't be the only people (from their reaction) who have been misled into agreeing into this agreement just to make a sale. Be honest with people so they can make informed decisions. A company that doesn't respect their customers hard work and the money they're spending, doesn't deserve their business! The leasing company they push is whynotleaseit and the store never told us it wasn't part of Sears and they work independently. I guess the saying is true, when it seems too easy or too good to be true, it is! They're getting one star because at least the machine friggin works!
