  • Met with a kitchen designer to remodel our home. Being advised from her we spent the money to have it professionally measured. There vendor had not turned over the measurements 10 days later until we applied strong pressure to management, and the drawing was so small the designer had a very difficult time reading the measurements. The kitchen was desinged by the designer and ordered. We received broken cabinets which had to be reordered and was going to be an additional 3 weeks!!!! What am I supposed to do with a house full of boxes I can't install after a vendor delivers broken items???? Then to top it off the counter top came an inch and a half short based on the designers measurements, not mine. But there reply was we are not doing the install and you signed off on the paper work. They wanted to resell me another countertop. Just curious why I paid a vendor to professionally measure and a kitchen designer to design??? With my home remodel I have spent over 10k there figured they could offer a little help. It cool they made a buck today but lost the rest of my business. Think twice before using Homedepots services.
