  • If I can say one thing and one thing only don't buy a RICHMOND home. The houses look nice but ever since we bought our home we've had a few issues we needed fixed. We've had two appointments with different people that needed to fix things in the house and they did not show up no call or anything saying they weren't coming or they will be late. We've set out time to have someone home and it's frustrating to have your time wasted. It's not worth the hassle and frustrating go somewhere else! We previously bought an American West Home and we never had an issue.
