No one can say I don't give second chances. SHARP convinced me to give this company another chance, and this time they did call me to set up the appointment. They did go out of their way to accommodate my schedule for the service time. I was to have someone arrive around 5:00PM for the service, but the service technician didn't arrive until 7:00PM. The service technician was knowledgeable, but I have a white area rug which he proceeded to step on with his shoes, even though the rest of the floor is tile.... Also, it was assumed that someone would be able to help lift my large LCD TV in order for the service to be completed. While, I don't expect two technicians, the company should take into account that they may run into a little old lady who may not be able to carry a large TV...thank goodness I was capable to help lift the TV or else it would have been another wasted visit.
The owner of this company did reach out to me since she saw the yelp review I posted and she explained there was a server error resulting in my name not being added to the technician schedule. I understand mistakes happen, but I called them twice to verify my appointment....and not once was this mistake caught. The explanation for their voice mail saying the message box has reached full capacity, was that the company wants to answer all phone calls during the day...but I don't see the logic in that when they have no one that picks up after hours (or a message with an after hours number) and the technicians often run late or in my first experience, no show. The owner did take the time to listen to my suggestions and did state the technicians are to wear booties when entering the home...so overall I'd give this company one more star for following up with customer complaints.
