  • I am a big fan of the Kimpton chain. Their Cleveland hotel was clean, well appointed and up to the usual Kimpton standards. They upgraded us to a two room suite with a nice view of downtown, and the staff was very attentive. As always, I appreciated how welcoming they were of our dog. My only complaint, and this is Kimpton-wide, is that the coffee at the morning coffee bar was terrible. We threw ours away and walked down the street to a local coffee shop and bought some there. That aside (and that is a relatively small detail), I recommend this spot.
