I'll preface this review by stating that I worked at another staples in the valley for 4 years, several years ago.
I went here one afternoon with a coworker to look for a specific cable for our video equipment (we work at a surgery center). My coworker was going to start looking, and I had to pee. I figured they had a public restroom because every location I had been to in the east valley had one (and I had the joy of cleaning the one several times at my location). We ran into a store manager and I asked him which side of the store the bathroom was at. Rudely, he replied, "no public restrooms" and turned around to walk away. We stopped him to ask if he had the cable we were looking for; he seemed annoyed, probably because he didn't know wtf we were asking for and didn't want to look like a dumbass. He simply said that they probably didn't have it and to look online. We went to look ourselves and found it, but decided we'd give our business elsewhere. Unknowledgable, rude and arrogant manager. Sounds pretty consistent with the rest of the morons who ran the locations I worked at.
