  • Wife called after we reserved with Presidential. They quoted her $138 for an hour & a half, which included 20% gratuity. This was better than what Presidential offered, so I canceled with them and told my wife to go with Royalty. When she called back, they changed their quote, now nearly doubling the price. When my Wife asked what's changed, they suddenly said we were "out of bounds". The women kept referring to the 95 & Craig, which it's about 10 miles from us. Sure couldn't specify the boundaries and began being condescending when my wife wanted a better explanation. Eventually, my wife asked for a manager, who was equally combative. Instead of trying to talk, she began asking for my wife's name for some reason. I get the "out of bounds" thing, although I don't agree with it. They main issue here is they changed their quote, and couldn't be professional enough yup explain why. Needless to say, we went back to Presidential. You should too.
