  • I will give 2 stars because they do respond quickly to maintenance requests. However, they have crappy customer service in the accounts department. They charge $25 to open a letter with an HOA warning (no fines) They charged for being late when their system malfunctioned and wouldn't accept payments. Although I have emails where they 'claimed ' to waive fees they never apply these reversals. Despite re-sending THEIR email, they then claim that the cannot honor it. Gotta watch these Thieves closely If I rent again, I will walk away from any and all properties managed by this group.
