I have been dying to go here for literally years and it was everything I had hyped it up to be and more. The service was extremely good and our waiter's recommendations were given heavy weight when it came down to order from this overwhelmingly awesome menu.
We started with the plogue a Champlain--an amazing sweet and salty blend of I still don't know what. Next up, one of the specials of the day, aged prosciutto which was particularly fatty and delicious. And for the main course, duck in a can with a side of duck fat fries. If my arteries clogged today (which they might), I will still die happy.
