  • I hate to give a negative review without giving a company a chance to make it right. However, it was 109 degrees outside and my AC compressor wasn't working. I found this company was highly recommended, so I tried them first. I had a couple of questions about servicing the unit, left my information with a associate and was told I'd get a call back soon. It never happened. So, I have another company coming out this afternoon instead. Really dissapointing; I know it's a busy time of the year, especially in the southwest, but a call back would have been nice.
