**Updated Review 10/13/17**
This is regarding my experience with the sales and service department recently on 10/13/17.
Sales Department:
My wife and I decided to check out some 2017 impreza 2.0 i cars because I was in the market for a new car. If I remember we came through the front door instead of the service department doors. There were sales people standing around and they did not acknowledge us. They did not greet me or my wife if I needed help with anything. I went to the receptionist desk to get somebody's attention then I was finally acknowledge by the sales manager if I needed help. Maybe it is their tactic for serious buyers only.
After I was assigned to a salesperson named Eddie, I test drove the car which had nice features on the impreaza 2.0 I 5 door hatchback. The way he was talking to me was quite demeaning in my opinion what type of features on the trims. In the end, we talked about pricing. Out the door about 29k with sales tax and he did not want to take the effort to negotiate.
Service Department:
The schedule online system is convenient but do not use it for loaner cars. In order to have a loaner car, they told me it is a 2 week notice even though you can pick the option on their website if someone happened to your car within 24 hours. I had to replace my clutch since I knew it was getting bad. After my clutch repair, other suspicious items in my car was going bad. The items were power steering leak which I did not have a problem and misfiring of my system causing my engine light to go off which turned out an oil leak into the spark plugs. Did the tech mess up on something while my clutch was replaced? Maybe. It is hard to prove. My car was a 2006 impreza 2.5 i sedan with 163,000 miles on it. Took my car and my business out of there.
