| - HORRIBLE McDonald's! I've had several bad experiences there, and today's was the final straw. I ordered a Bacon Clubhouse combo through the drive thru, expecting a premium burger. On the drive home, I sipped my Iced Tea, which was LUKE WARM. When I got home, I discovered that not only wasn't it a premium burger, THERE WAS NO BURGER IN MY BURGER. I drove back to the store and asked to speak to a manager. After several minutes of waiting, the manager finally came and asked what I needed. When I explained what happened, there was no apology...she actually LAUGHED. Then she went over to the kitchen and told the workers they had served a burger with no burger, and THEY ALL LAUGHED. She put in an order for another Bacon Clubhouse Burger, but I told her I'd rather just have my money back. Again, no apology, and she seemed ANNOYED AT ME for requesting a refund. Next I stood and waited for at least five minutes for her to return with my refund (apparently that is how long it takes this manager to open a register and pull out a five and two ones). Again, when she returned with my refund, no apology, and not even ONE WORD, she just handed me the money and turned and walked away! When you screw up and inconvenience a customer in a major way, a good customer service move is to give the refund and offer a free meal. This manager, on the other hand, was totally rude and unapologetic. There should be an option of zero stars. I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN!
