As a new homeowner in the neighborhood who is undergoing a slow, rolling home renovation, I've made more than a few visits to this Sherwin-Williams store over the past 2 years and, while the managers and most of the employees are wonderful - helpful, knowledgable, and courteous - they appear to be chronically under-staffed and it is not uncommon to have a 30+ minute wait at the service/checkout counter. I continue to patronize the shop, but know not to go in when I am under any time constraints.
