  • I'm a big fan of ordering organic and local food, just wouldn't do it with fresh city. The products are more expensive than other companies but the service is atrocious. You get instantaneous auto replies to your emails, but if you have a real problem (liked missed deliveries or lack of security on dealing with my condo key!) You get weak platitudes and no action, and eventually they just ignore you.
