  • Absolutely ridiculous, I bought a group on deal for me and my husband on March 15th, I called that day to make an appointment and they said they would call me back. No one ever got a hold of me and I called everyday, finally on the 22nd I made an appointment for March 29th at 7pm. Well on Monday 28th they left me a missed call saying they had to change my appointment to that day at 6pm which did not work for my schedule when I tried to call and explain they said it had to be 24 hours to reschedule which i explained to the receptionist it made no sense because I did not agree to the date. The receptionist was very rude and hung up on me after saying she needed to talk to the owner. The owner was even more rude saying I was confused and they could not go back on there 24 hour and policy, luckily group on refunded me my money. After reading the reviews I'm actually glad we could not go.
