I called florists all over town looking for white anemones for my wedding. Most told me the same thing, that they were out of season and they couldn't get them. Enchanted Florist, however, said they could make an order for them. I was ecstatic! These were my dream flowers and I was so happy I was able to find a place that could provide them for me. They were of course very expensive due to the season and the difficulty to acquire. I placed my order nearly 2 months in advance and relaxed. The day before my wedding I got a call from the florist telling me that my flowers were covered in mold and that something must have happened to them. After they tried to suggest several common flowers that I had no interest in (if I wanted white daisies I would have bought them from the grocery store for a fraction of the cost) they basically told me my last option would be white garden roses. They were not what I wanted but I really had no choice. They said because they were even more expensive I got less of them than I ordered in my original bouquet. I felt like that was ridiculous, since the error had nothing to do with me and I was being forced to take this flower. While the bouquet was pretty, it was absolutely not what I wanted. It was a huge disappointment, plus they shrunk it down to be even smaller, instead of eating the cost to provide better customer service. Overall my flowers were a big disappointment. Even though they were not what I wanted my family encouraged me to try and dry them and save them as a keepsake. I have dried many bouquets in the past and never had a problem. I hung these and within about 3 days they were covered in mold. Obviously the flower shop is infested with mold, which is a serious issue that they need to look into. The only redeeming factor was that they delivered the bouquet on time. Needless to say I will not be using Enchanted Florist again or recommending them to anyone.
