I would like to update this review with my most recent experience with this location:
I booked an online appointment for a gel manicure a few days before I was planning on coming in. I don't typically get my nails done professionally that often, but I wanted to look nice for my birthday weekend. The salon called me THE DAY OF MY APPOINTMENT and tried to move it to 45 minutes later than I originally planned. I work two jobs and this would have been impossible to accommodate in my schedule.
The only solution that the Ulta employee gave me was to book on another day for 10% off. No thank you.
I am very upset that I was only notified a few hours before my appointment. It is now too late for me to make an appointment anywhere else, and I literally don't know what to do.
Thank you Ulta for a horrible start to my birthday weekend. I don't plan on returning to your salon, and honestly, this may be the last straw for your stores as well.
