  • Very slow turn around. I set an appointment for an oil change and back brake inspection, expecting to be out in a few hours. I was the first appointment in the morning, and didn't leave until 2:30 PM. Perhaps my frustration is influenced by my agenda items that day, but I missed out on some very important events because of it. I personally would try to find somewhere quicker. Note - The first come first serve policy was not clearly communicated to me. That is why I called in advanced and scheduled an appointment. I did express my urgency to leave as I showed up at around 10 AM. So there must have been miscommunication somewhere along the 4.5 hour wait period. I appreciate your responsiveness, I wish I would have had that during my time at Sun Devil Auto.
