  • NOTE: I'm writing this review based mostly on their martinis. The Blue Velvet has amazing martinis. Their Cherry Cheesecake is by far my favorite though I've had many different ones. My husband likes the Curious George martini (which has some type of banana liquor). I recently also tried their S'mores martini and thought is was delicious as well. For the first time last night I also tried their Tootsie Pop Shot (which did in fact taste just like a true tootsie pop sucker)! Reason for not receiving 5/5 stars... At a certain point in the night when you've been there enjoying their martinis and chatting with friends a DJ arrives and starts blaring music throughout the up and downstairs. I understand they have a dance area upstairs but that doesn't mean the people down in the more martini lounge area wang to listen to very loud dance music while they are trying to carry on covers around. If you here early enough in the night this isn't a problem. They music is actually quite nice then. But around 9 pm is when it gets loud with no way for one to carry on a conversation without yelling. But the martinis are soooo good!
