  • My family was looking forward to staying here, and unfortunately it wasn't what we had been expecting. Don't ever get served by ORLANDO on the front desk, the service we received was appalling, no mention of anything the property had to offer, simply "give me your card" pretty blown away. And we stayed on a non smoking floor #4 and it was worse than the casino floor.
