  • If there was a option to rate a location -1,000 stars this placed definitely takes the cake Not only is the management team incompetent to train the associate to properly deal with a tech problem they also have F****N HORRIBLE customer service! I walked and asked SANDRA help me deactivate the find my iPhone deactivated from one of the devices I own , but instead I walked out with both of them Blank all my pictures , videos , contacts erased! Here is where it gets worse she obviously apologized, but not once did she ask if I wanted her to set up a new iCloud , not once did she take any measures to try and restore it she just didn't care!!! She sucks !!! If anyone needs any help Maribel is great she's super helpful but SANDRA is incompetent and has very horrible customer service!!!
