  • Chose to go here because they were the closets spot to me, really wanted to enjoy my time off but had a bizarre experience. I am a young adult and when I walked in the response was immediately not a friendly one. They told me it would be 30mins, even though people were free, I kept the benefit of the doubt and figured they were on break. 15 minutes in they realized I was not leaving and they got me to choose a colour, when I turned around I realized the woman had started filling up a foot tub for me, even though I asked for a manicure. When I told her that she became very bitter and told me to sit down. We didn't talk at all and when she put my nails under the heat lamp (which I didn't even know they used anymore) she left me hanging. I just tested my nails by myself and stood up to pay, I tipped 15% because I always do and she looked as though I had cheated her out of her money. Most likely won't come back, let's just see how my nails hold up.
