This was my first time going to the Unionville location. My friend needed to pick up a cake for Valentine's Day (luckily the line wasn't as bad as their Downtown location). It was approximately 3:45-4:30 and many of their pre-made items have already been sold out. Majority of them were waiting for the original or matcha cheesecake.
After waiting about 20 minutes it was finally my turn to order. Since I tried their cheesecakes before, I wanted to opt for something different. I planned on getting the Cupid hat or the no-bake Sakura cheesecake but they were sold out so instead I got the small yuzu no-bake cheesecake.
The person at the register said that i didn't need to wait in line for any pre-made items and that the line up was only for those who wanted the original/matcha cheesecake. This is helpful to know in the future!
For $8, I thought the small yuzu no-bake cheesecake is a bit on the pricey side, however I really did enjoy it. The top layer was jelly-like with lemon curds on top and it smelled so good! The middle cheese-y part also had sour, tart taste but the sweetness blended in quite nicely and melted in my mouth. The bottom had graham crackers as should any cheesecake will have and it went well with the rest of the cake.
