  • THESE GUYS ARE SCAM ARTISTS AND TRY TO RIP YOU OFF!!!!! I rented a compact car for 3 days. My trip ended up being cut a day short so I returned the car 1 day EARLY. When I got to the counter to return the vehicle the "customer service" agent told me there would be a $10 EARLY return fee. They get their car back a day early but charged me MORE for this. When I attempted to ask them to explain how or why that is, she just told me that I had apparently signed the box that agreed to it. I was angry to say the least but I was running late for my flight and didn't put up much of a fight. When I got home and checked my credit card statement they charged me an additional $100.00. I'm currently in the process of disputing the charge with my credit card company. Stay away from these guys. The lady also tried to tell me that she would put me into a bigger car because it had a "bigger engine and better air conditioner." I thanked her and then I asked "there would be no additional charge right?" She said "Only $60.00". Total Scam artists. STAY AWAY.
