  • Great course and enjoy playing it if the customer service was better, I would be there daily. The guy at the pro shop doesn't even say hi, lack of enthusiasm, and not a very friendly welcome make me want to play at Sleepy Hollow more and more! I've played there three times, and the first time our foursome played, the tee time was under my name and one of my friend's rented clubs from them. He mistakingly left the putter on one of the last holes and I received a voicemail from the guy in the pro shop that if the putter wasn't returned he was going to call the police. I mean, really? I can understand that we may come off as amateur golfers but no one is going to steal you putter if he returned the entire bag with all of the other clubs. Anyways, after this instance, this set the tone for my lack of playing at this course. I didn't feel welcomed, nor respected as a guest in their facility. I wouldn't recommend them if customer service plays an important part of your golf game.
